The twin/double room was large with velvet lined walls, so that guests had essentials. Everything was perfect, however a few employees were not very friendly.

Healthy and excellent breakfast selection for all tastes with unsweetened cereals and cheeses and the orange juice. Easy check in and in general very good service.

The room was nicely decorated and comfortable, with a big screen TV and modern amenities. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and popular tourist spots.- The breakfast provided was good, with a variety of options to choose from.
It was difficult to find the hotel, as it was tucked away in a narrow alley. The hotel didn't have a 24-hour staff, which made it difficult to get assistance or ask questions outside of their operating hours.

Very impressed with the wonderful view from our twin/double room. Easy to get to, marvellous location really close to San Marco square, Rialto bridge and Academia.

Enjoyed how the modern twin/double room with beautiful view was arranged when we arrived. The location of the hotel was good - at a moderate distance from a wide canal. And the area was very quite, next to both St Marks square as well as a store & restaurant.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Venice. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable considering the location and amenities provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable. The hotel staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Thirdly, the location of the hotel was perfect. Situated in a narrow alley, it was tucked away in a very quiet area, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Lastly, the rooms were beautiful. With only a few bedrooms, they were all kept immaculately clean and had double beds for the utmost comfort.
Everything was just fine, no improvements needed.

The hotel was modern with best possible and absolutely gorgeous location just next door to vaporetto or 15 minutes walk and all the main attractions, restaurants and bars. I loved the room with beautiful view, the bed was very spacious👍🙂

I had a fantastic stay at a charming boutique hotel in a prime location. My room was comfortable and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after exploring the city. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, even allowing me to drop off my bags before check-in. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Venice.
